Back at the start of 2023, we welcomed our new Sales Manager, Reegan Campion-Westwood, to the HEX Graphics team. 

Joining with bags of experience within the automotive and graphics industry, Reegan has been an invaluable addition to our team. His expertise, charisma and passion for delivering excellence make him a perfect fit for us here at HEX Graphics. 

To see how he’s getting on, we caught up with Reegan and reflected on the past 9 months…

How have you settled in with the HEX Graphics team?

I’ve settled in great here. The team has been incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home. The planning and management team have some great aspirations for the future; since joining, I’ve been helping to build on this, and together, we’re taking HEX Graphics to the next level. 

We have some incredible talent in the production facility and on the shop floor. The level of expertise and knowledge across the team is impressive – it’s great to be able to promise our customers such a high standard of finish in the knowledge our team can deliver. 

What have been your favourite moments or projects so far?

There’s been a huge number of things going on since joining, so that is a difficult one! 

Strategically, we’ve all been pulling together to make some real strides for HEX Graphics – growing the business and what we can offer to our customers. I can’t wait to unveil some of the new offerings we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

In terms of customer projects and vehicles coming through the facility, it’s been a whirlwind. We have such a high volume of vehicles coming through all year round, but I think the BuzzBallz van wrap was something special. 

I’ve also been enjoying getting involved in some of our marketing activities, especially trying to teach one of our marketing team to wrap.

How do you see the rest of the year playing out?

I think HEX Graphics is just going to get bigger and better as we close out 2023. 

Our team is still expanding. We recently added Kevin Smith to the team as our graphic design guru, and he’s already starting to make a huge difference. We’re recruiting new team members in the production facility and looking for fitters, too, so I can’t wait to see who joins the team next.
