We’re lucky to have such a talented team at HEX Graphics, and someone who really stands out for both skill and humour is Craig Preece.

As a Graphics Operative, Craig has more than 15 years of experience under his belt—8 of those with us here at HEX Graphics. He originally started as a contractor and is now an essential part of the team, always bringing his expertise to the table.

Craig’s day-to-day work is pretty varied. Whether he’s producing graphics, fitting vehicle livery, or wrapping some of the biggest fleets in the country, he’s known for transforming vehicles with standout designs. But it’s not just vehicles he works on. Craig also plays a key role in our out-of-home branding, from billboards to point-of-sale displays and event sponsorships.

When we asked Craig what motivates him in his job, here’s what he had to say:

“For me, the most rewarding thing is job satisfaction. It’s great to be involved in the whole process, from production to seeing the final product. Every day is different, and there’s always something new to work on. One day, it’s vans and sports cars, another day it’s festival branding. I’ve even wrapped train toilets—that was a unique one!

The team is great too. Even when things get hectic, we manage to have fun and keep it light-hearted. Everyone’s really close, which helps a lot.”

Craig has also been involved in our new sustainable innovation, Vinyl360, helping us move towards a more carbon-neutral automotive industry.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his two kids and is a huge Stoke City fan—he even has a season ticket!
