We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of the latest member of the HEX Graphics team – Kevin Smith, who joins us as our new expert Graphic Designer.

Kevin grew up in the Seychelles before moving to the UK at the age of 15, where he quickly developed a keen eye for art. Launching his career straight from school, Kevin began a Youth Training Scheme in Graphic Design at an advertising agency close to his home in Warrington. It was here he learned the basics of design, as well as the techniques and skills that have stood him in such good stead throughout his career.

With his interest piqued, Kevin pursued several roles working in small and large teams to deliver impactful advertising across a wide range of sectors. Amounting in excess of 25 years of experience, Kevin has seen the industry undergo vast changes, transitioning from pen and paper into the digital age and beyond. As he reflects:

“I’ve always been passionate about design, and I’ve been fortunate to have a long and successful career doing something I love. There has been a lot of change since my career began, and I’ve had to adapt, but that is part of the job description. My experience spans a range of sectors and design briefs, and I’m embracing the challenge of fleet design with HEX Graphics. I can’t wait to get started.”

As our Graphic Designer, Kevin will support the growing HEX Graphics team in creating unique and eye-catching designs for our fleet and commercial partners. His appointment is a reflection of an ever-increasing ambition to grow the business and its in-house capabilities. We’re delighted to welcome Kevin and can’t wait to see his ideas and designs bought to life.
