Reegan is the newest recruit in the HEX Graphics team, joining as Sales Manager in January 2023. Despite this, he's settled right in and is already establishing himself as a valuable member of an exciting and growing team, as he explains:

"I was approached by a recruiter a while ago, and I kept putting it off for one reason or another. Eventually, I thought I'd have a look and was so impressed. I interviewed and got the job – I've not looked back since. I've only been here a couple of months, but it doesn't feel like it. And not in a bad way! I mean, it feels like I've been here a lot longer – the team have been really welcoming, and I feel at home here".

Leaving school Reegan became a personal trainer, pursuing his passion for health and fitness - a passion he still pursues outside of work as a frequent gym goer and avid golfer. Before long, and wanting a new challenge, Reegan started his sales career. Now, 7 years later, with a firm grounding across both sales and business development, Reegan joins HEX Graphics as an established salesperson, bringing with him experience and a healthy ambition to drive the role and the business forward:

"I've always loved sales. There's no special trick or technique to it - it's just about being genuine with people. In my experience, people buy from people. If they believe in the product, the product will do the talking. What they are buying into is you. I'm a people person, so I love going out and seeing customers. That has certainly been a challenge over the last few years, but hopefully, we're mostly back to normal I can get back out on the road and engage with as many customers as possible. I am ambitious, and already I can see there are opportunities here, and I want to get stuck in and help grow the business," says Reegan.
