We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our forward-thinking graphics division based in Hixon, Staffordshire.
The Company
HEX Graphics, part of The HEX Group, is an established graphics business based in Hixon, Staffordshire. We work with some of the UK's leading brands, helping to deliver large scale commercial graphics projects. From vehicle rebranding and fleet livery, through wall wraps, events and venue branding, HEX Graphics has the scale and expertise to meet the needs of every brief, however complex. In 2022, HEX Graphics further strengthened its capability with the launch of a service that out-sources graphics applicators to customers' own premises. HEX Graphics is constantly investing and upgrading its facilities and supporting its incredible team.
The Role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity within our senior management team, where you can have an immediate impact, to lead and drive our graphics division to new heights.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the graphics division encompassing financial performance, sales, planning, design, quality and production.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Proven background of successful leadership in a graphics/signage business.
- At least 5 years experience in senior management role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and cost/budget control.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritise initiatives.
